Now ten years of age and looking very fresh the 2000 offers up some intense toasted hazelnuts notes with bits of brioche, citrus, guava, ripe pear, butter and honey aromas. Fine creamy textured mousse in a dryer, crisper style with finesse with nutty, citrus, green apple, brioche, butter, mineral oyster shell flavours. Fine complexity with even better concentration but all in an alluring, austere and delicate style. Ready to drink. (Anthony Gismondi).
