Château Canon-La-Gaffelière is located just south of the village of Saint-Émilion.
A blend usually dominated by Merlot, Cabernet Franc with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. Merlot brings velvety richness, Cabernet Franc adds aromatic complexity and structure.
