convex enamel dial decorated with floral swags, Arabic numerals and convex glass door with ormolu bezel, dark blue glazed porcelain body and stand raised on ormolu feet, eight day French movement striking on a bell, the pendulum suspended from above the movement at the top of the lyre, the bob incorporating a secondary surround to the movement set with cut paste decorations, 51cm high
