Two Meissen porcelain monkey band figures, after the models by J.J. Kandler, late 19th/early 20th century,
comprising a violinist and a drummer, each modelled standing with their respective instruments, stood next to a tree stump and over a naturalistic ground with scroll moulded border, blue crossed swords and further incised marks to base, the drummer with cancelled swords to indicate outside decoration, 13.4cm and 13.9cm high respectively
