the crayfish modelled next to an open clam shell bowl, over a naturalistic rocky ground moulded with shells, apparently unmarked, 7.3cm high, 11cm wide

Provenance: Formerly with Winifred Williams (leading specialists in antique ceramics) of Eastbourne.

Crack at top of shell, approx. 2cm; another at underside of footrim; otherwise good.
