A fine Chinese white jade brushwasher, 18th / 19th century, well hollowed and delicately carved and pierced in high relief and openwork with flowers, serrated leaves and tendrils, the stone of good even tone with some occasional veining and pale inclusions, length 11.5cm, tiny losses to tips of leaves, the hongmu stand carved with flowers leaves and rockwork

There are losses to the tip of five of the serrated edge leaves and some abrasion to one of the leaves on the base, natural inclusions to the stone, otherwise in reasonable condition.
