A 1930s CIJ (Compagnie Industrielle Du Jouet), France, Alfa Romeo P2 tinplate clockwork racing car for restoration, finished in maroon with racing number ‘2’, the clockwork motor and all four spoked wheels with hub caps are present, together with the remains of the tyres, various other elements are either damaged or missing, 53cm long, the model was based on the Grand Prix racing car designed by Vittorio Jano which raced between 1924 and 1930
