A late 19th century cased large brass telescope by Wray of London, within a fitted stained pine case, with makers label to the inside of the lid, the telescope approximately 150cm long, the fitted case 185 x 24 x 20cm together with an oak tripod stand approximately 190cm, and a selection of cased accessories including mounts, lenses, etc. plus mid-20th century photographs of the telescope in use

Condition:
Objective lense diameter: 11.3cm. Telescope in good condition with no damage to the front or other lenses. Case has a damaged support bar and lacks a key; top with long light split. Front lense removed for further photography and found to be signed again, images 13-14. Not all accessories believed to be original to this Wray telescope. Oak tripod stand upper half of one leg with woodworm, and lower half of one leg, see images 21 and 22.
