Very nicely made and in good condition - modern and Art Deco in style. Largest diamonds approximately 0.33 carats each. Diamonds bright, white and clear, well-matched. White metal unmarked, from workmanship and feel it's most likely platinum, but untested and not possible to guarantee. Less likely white gold, but still possible. Guaranteed not base metal.
