A rare Victorian Pre-Raphaelite pearl and enamel signet ring, circa 1868, centring on a split pearl within a border of blue enamel, the shoulders inscribed 'EVER TRUE' in medieval script in multicoloured enamel, mounted in 18ct gold, size L1/2, British hallmarks, design registration mark for 1867, gross weight approximately 2.5 grams, pearl untested, case stamped Cameo Corner

Beautiful and unusual ring in good condition, minor wear to enamel, general surface wear, some minor nicks to gold on reverse, possibly casting flaws. Date letter T appears to have been stamped twice. Design registration mark to exterior of band, at back of ring. Overall a lovely and rare example in good, wearable condition.
