A pair of Chinese famille rose ‘sanduo’ vases, Qianlong seal mark, 19th century, each finely painted with branches of Buddha’s hand citron, peaches and pomegranates, with ruby ground polychrome lotus flower and foliate borders, iron red six character seal mark ‘Da Qing Qianlong nian zhi’, 41.5cm high, splinter chip to one base

Condition:
Both with typical minor glaze imperfections. One vase has a splinter chip to the edge of the base. The second vase has a small patch of black marker pen to the glaze which could be cleaned off with a mild abrasive, otherwise in good condition with no cracks or restoration detected.
