Broomhill, near Tunbridge Wells: (privately printed, 1917-25). *the author (1851-1925) inherited the Broomhill Estate (with its art museum); a leading engineer and scientist he became the world's foremost collector of, and authority on, Abraham-Louis Breguet watches. Of these interesting curiosities not the least is that for 1926 (he had died the year before). For that final year the 1912 issue had been re-printed (with an explanatory note); the original text ending with the prescient, unearthly words 'Never wish yourself back to this World, after you have left it'.
