Bicoloured pen screws open to reveal a pen cartridge - it's damaged, and it's unclear how this fits into the body. Swedish hallmarks likely apply to the outer casing rather than the full weight of the pen. Gold plated ballpoint pen does not retract when button pressed. Each with surface wear.
