A Victorian brass mounted coromandel wood toilet box by Lund, 57 Cornhill, London, containing eight silver mounted glass toilet jars, six hallmarked for Thomas Johnson I, London, 1865 and three associated? mother of pearl mounted implements, box width 35.3cm (a.f.).

Condition:
Mirror on interior of lid cracked. One of the smallest toilet jars has a small chip to the interior glass rim. All other pieces in good order. Box has a few small hairline splits to the veneer on the lid, close to the central brass plaque. There is a 'bubble' to the veneer on one side of the box towards the top back of the base. Hallmarks on silver clear. Some implements missing. One implement associated.
