Verge movement with a number of redundant holes in the top plate, see 9th image; dusty neglected condition; unusual anchor-shaped pendulum rather than a bob; bell assembly detached; has proved not simple to test but when weight is applied, crown wheel rotates; motion of the pendulum not sustained until set at correct level; thorough clean, lubrication and overhaul needed.
