A Chinese blue and white ‘dragon’ stem bowl, Guangxu six character mark and of the period (1875-1908), the interior of the bowl painted with a confronting dragon chasing a flaming pearl, within a keywork border, the exterior with lotus and peonies on a diaper ground, lappeted border and spreading foot, inscribed to the underside of the foot ‘Da Qing Guangxu nian zhi’, 17cm diameter
