An illuminated leaf from a missal at the Canon, with Crucifixion scene, the reverse inscribed with the Te igitur, probably Austria or South German, second half 12th century, coloured pigments on parchment, the Te igitur with blue and red initials, cm x cm, in a later acrylic mount, 16.5cm wide, 22cm high

The Te igitur is the first prayer from the Canon of the Mass.
