Condition:
Oil on original canvas in somewhat neglected condition, paint rather dark and dirty with some fine craquelure just starting to lift running down the sides of her face, housed in probably the original ebonised frame which is now rather tatty, remnants of German newsprint on the stretcher. "Due to past issues with items being damaged in transit, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer packing and posting services on all lots in this sale. This is non-negotiable.
