A pair of Japanese bronze and mixed metal inlaid bottle vases, signed Hidemitsu, Meiji period, each decorated with egrets wading amid reeds, on a brown patinated ground, with engraved two character signature to the reverse, 24.5cm high

Condition:
Occasional minor nicks to the surface on each of the vases, one vase is slightly flattened to one side with the engraved signature. Wear to bases consistent with age, otherwise in reasonable condition.
