Condition:
Oil on canvas relined 20 to 30 years ago or so, canvas remains tight, paint fairly clean with a fine but stable craquelure through the lighter and flesh tones, some suggestions of retouching particularly in the drapery and hair particularly the ringlets, a fine hairline scratch at 12 o'clock and other light scuffing elsewhere, housed in an old but not original gesso and carved wood frame, remnants of labels verso.
