Wear and some nibbles to the table facet edges of the sapphires. One diamond spacer missing. Shank has been re-sized/repaired at some point. Diamond spacers are tp small to measure or give colour and clarity. Largest sapphire approx. 8mm by 6.8mm. Smallest approx. 5.5mm by 5.5mm.
