A Chinese blue and white ‘Yang Jia Jiang’ dish, Kangxi period (1662-1722), painted with warriors on horseback, the rim with six cartouches of further horseman and attendant with a flag, the reverse with an apocryphal Chenghua mark, 32cm diameter, short rim crack.

Condition:
There is a short rim crack at the 7 o’clock position on the rim extending down towards the horses rear legs on one panel, the underside has a small splinter which has been re-glued in next to the rim, there are other small areas of fritting or splinter chips to the very edge, typical minor scratching to the glaze, otherwise in good condition
