A Chinese famille verte ‘deer and crane’ dish and four matching plates, Kangxi period, each painted with a deer and crane in a landscape with pine tree, rockwork and fungus, the border with a repeating design of cranes in flight, flower sprigs to the underside in iron red, the dish 31.5cm diameter, the plates 22cm diameter

Condition:
The dish has a few small glaze chips to the edge, some slight scratching to the enamels to the well. All of the plates have a few minute glaze nibbles to the edge of the foot and some wear to the enamel in the centre. Two of the plates have hairline cracks to the border.
