A French clock, dial signed Vedette; retailer L. Durand, Villeneuve sur Lot; walnut door with scratches at lower edge; glass panel good; dial with some scratches around winding arbours; the numerals 5,6 and 7 with light scratches; deeper scratch above centre winding arbour. Has been set going and works (with chimes) for an hour or so, before stopping - attention needed. 61cm high; 38cm wide; 18cm depth.
