A George III reeded silver nutmeg grater, maker's mark rubbed, London 1812, 37mm.

Condition:
Lid a little loose in situ. There is a small dent to the top right front corner of the lid and also a larger dent to the back left corner of the lid. There are two splits to each end of the back of the piece where the hinges are. Hallmarks clear but makers mark rubbed. There is visible wear to the bottom for corners and possibly a small split appearing in one corner. Numerous small nicks and dings around the peace in general.
