Top one brass stud lacking, needed to secure one of the vertical brass bands… but band not loose; inset initialled brass plate to top lifting at edges; otherwise exterior good with good patination; the long interior cover with bone handle, not ivory; slope escutcheon detached; access to spring-loaded recess beneath slope unknown (very unusual); with both original keys; wear to dark blue leather at catch.
