A large Chinese famille rose table service, late Qing/early Republic period, each piece painted with grasshoppers and other insects amid floral sprays, comprising twelve 13-13.5cm saucer dishes and eleven 17.7cm saucer dishes, all bearing Jiaqing marks, together with seven rice bowls and covers and thirteen stands, 16cm, twelve saucers, 14cm, two oval platters, 42 and 36cm, all with ground off Qianlong marks and six unmarked rice spoons (70)

Condition:
The majority of pieces in generally good condition, no visible chips or cracks with some general light wear to the decoration and surface scratches. The largest oval dish has a chip to the top rim with a crack running from it. A few plates and saucers have hairlines.
