A Chinese soapstone figure of an attendant, 18th century, the sectional creamy soapstone figure holding a vase, wearing floral robes, remnants of polychrome decoration, on a rockwork base, 20.5cm high, minor repairs

Condition:
The figure is sectional and the joint around the waist has been re-glued at some stage with a small splinter chip in the front right, the base may well be 18th century but may have been used from another piece or reattached at a later date as there is a visible hole in the base at the back of the figure, slight chip loss to the back of the base, otherwise in reasonable condition.
