A near pair of Chinese flambé glazed meiping, 18th century, each mushroom coloured neck above a purple and violet streaked copper red crackle glaze, unglazed base, 15.8cm and 15.5cm high

Provenance - the owner’s mother collected the two vases before 1970.

Condition:
Both vases with fine crazing to the glaze all over, both with tiny glaze losses around the edge of the base, otherwise in good condition, with no cracks chips or restoration detected.
