The mechanism seems to be locked although the locking lever is damaged and incomplete; so not tested. Dial and chapter ring clean; case glass dirty with unsightly marks, easily cleanable. Directions for Use manual incomplete. Set at 10:25am. Kept time for 6 hours. Locking bar has snapped. About an inch left.
