A Chinese pale celadon jade ‘lock’ pendant, 19th century, carved and pierced with a pair of mythical beasts around a central ‘Shou’ motif, and a flower to the reverse, 6.5cm wide, wood stand
Provenance: The owner’s parents lived in Hong Kong before 1940 when they purchased this pendant, thence by family descent.

The stone of good even tone with some natural inclusions, no damage detected, in good condition.
