Considerable craquelure, particularly visible against the skyline; two small flakes to oil, upper left, as shown; repaired vertical crack visible against the foreground tree furthest right, approx. 15cm, with some later paintwork to disguise; further re-touched spot centre-right, visible against skyline. Apparently “Cleaned, restored and re-varnished, 1957” - see label.
