An Indian gilt copper and paste mounted dagger (jambiya), Kutch, 19th century, with bejewelled foliate scroll decorated hilt, ridged blade and floral scroll decorated scabbard with ball finial, dagger 33cm long, scabbard 22cm long

Honest slightly neglected order, oxidisation to the hilt with a number of lost jewels, blade oxidised and a little scratched, metalware a little oxidised, original fabric covering now rubbed and faded, ball finial slightly bent out of shape.
