A George II featherbanded walnut chest on chest, with moulded cornice, three short and three graduated long drawers over two short and two further graduated long drawers, on bracket feet, width 100cm, depth 51cm, height 165cm

Condition:
Overall of a good rich colour and fair state of polish although somewhat faded to both sides, cornice is very slightly out of shape and has some old cracks and splits running through the moulding, front of the piece is all in a high state of polish with a rich dark background and lighter colour to the central panels, handles and escutcheons look to be original, old locks are fitted but no key present, drawers are oak lined with some separation of the timbers, both sides rather faded with vertical splits running up each centre, bracket feet are old but later replacements.
