Town Beach - good clean condition possibly one or two tiny dirt specks but otherwise very good clean order, signs of dirty are on the glass not the work, slim gilt frame, no labels verso. Cornish beach scene - Very good clean condition possibly one or two tiny specks of dirt but really no faults noted, loose in the mount, under glass in a plain gold frame.
