Condition:
Oil on canvas relined 20 - 30 years ago or so, canvas remains tight, paint now looks rather dirty with some fine lines of craquelure most notably in the turret and rocks to the left, signed and dated lower left and housed in probably the original gilt gesso frame which has been overpainted and has some small losses, indistinct title inscribed on the top of the stretcher, no other labels or inscriptions.
