An early 19th century Irish Killarney arbutus work table, the marquetry top inlaid with a view of Muckross Abbey within a border of shamrocks, thistles and roses, the interior of lid with matching inlay but the centre depicting a thatched cottage, W.58cm D.44cm H.76cm

Condition:
Overall of fairly rich golden brown colour, but of a duller tone and finish to the underside, wear and minor stains commensurate with use to the top with a split running across the middle, the interior with the same split showing, some of the interior divisions have been altered and lost, original lock with working key, underframe all looks original if a little dull in finish and rubbed.
