A gentleman's 1950's Tudor Prince Oysterdate 34 rotor self-winding wrist watch, with black dial, baton and quarterly Arabic numerals and date aperture, case back numbered 7914 over 190767 and engraved 'R.E. Cooper', on a stainless steel Rolex bracelet, with box and original receipt dated 24th April, 1955 and later service receipts, case diameter 35mm.

Condition:
Bracelet quite loose and covered in minor surface scratches, commensurate with being well used. Dial and glass in generally good order. Minor nicks and surface abrasions to the case sides and back. According to paperwork luminescent numerals and hands were restored/re-touched in 1975. Crown a little loose when pulled away from the case. Crown does not quite screw down flush with the case. Watch ticks when wound and the hands and date adjust. Winding action quite stiff. Box in generally good condition. Watch receipts addressed Squadron Leader R.E. Cooper, R.A.F. No dents or corrosion to the case. Do not know if bracelet links are spring type. No inscriptions.
