Neglected condition; pendulum lacks one small 8mm rod needed to connect it to the escape wheel; similarly, flywheel not connecting with hammer so no strike; not believed to be too much needed to make operational. Dial feet a little loose; velvet and wood plinth worn and dirty; one rear foot replaced. Wood and Perspex casing later.
