An early 20th century Louis XVI style ormolu mounted marquetry bureau plat, with brown leather skiver and floral inlaid decoration, fitted three drawers on slender cabriole legs, W.123cm D.64cm H.76cm

Condition:
Overall in fair condition but will need some attention, the colour is a fairly even rich toffee tone, skiver is heavily worn with much of the leather now missing and will need replacing, small dents and minor losses to the marquetry and veneers throughout, central drawer opens to reveal oak lining and English lock but no key, side drawers are either jammed or locked shut, a little more denting and knocking to the lower legs than elsewhere, some rubbing to the ormolu.
