Condition:
Oil on what looks to be the original canvas showing some indentation and being slightly pushed in to the right of the trees with a small finger nail sized tear in the hill on the right, should restore to good effect, varnish / paint rather dirty and would benefit from a clean, signed lower right, housed in what looks to be the original gilt gesso frame which has been overpainted and is separating at the edges.
