Oval bruise to string-rim, approx. 5mm., and two tiny nicks, hardly visible; considerable surface wear to body and to underside; lightly-textured finish; internal, three-way crack at base of shaft, easily seen, approx. 25 x 15mm although not believed to threaten the structure.
