each painted with cherubs and floral bouquets within gilt shell shaped reserves on a possibly later turquoise ground, blue interlaced L marks and date codes,

Condition:
Both of the tureens and covers have black speckling to the bases and fritting and discolouration to the turquoise ground indicating they may have been refired and later enamelled. The handle of one cover has been restored with some spraying around the immediate area to the join. One of the bases has an overglazed firing crack to the edge. Otherwise in reasonable condition.
