When closed, case-top outer edges with chips, particularly one rear corner; chess-board squares to top and underside fairly worn indicating considerable use; fine lacquer work to sides generally good. Interior Backgammon lacquer work in good condition; gilded family crest not shown in images, legend Fide Sed Vide. One red Draughts piece lacking, ie 19 red, 20 white. Includes shaker, 4 dice and H Gibson & Sons third edition Guide.
