Oil on canvas relined at some point, not signed, housed in a later gilt frame, no labels verso. Provenance; 1. The handwritten, dated and signed sale and description invoice by Eric Ford, managing director of Kenulf Fine Arts Ltd at the time. The handwritten document attest that “This attribution for the painting is associated with confirmation that the painting came from the family estate of the artist”. 2. The Insurance Valuation provided by Eric Ford and dated 11 May 2011 which states: “Study of a Nude”. Oil on Canvas. Provenance: By family descent from artist. 3. The original painting description from Kenulf Fine Arts Ltd which again specified: Provenance: By family descent from artist.
