Condition:
Overall in very good clean condition with a rich reddish brown mahogany tone, some light surface dents and scratches commensurate with age and use, hinged top section is oak lined, comes with a moulded wooden strip that fits into the two brass retention holes, central drawer has original handles, lock and working key, light scuffing around the base of the legs, old Sotheby's label inside that doesn't give sale details.
