Condition:
Oil on a thin mahogany panel which has one reinforcement strap at the bottom and has lost one from the top. Rather dirty with the grain of the panel showing through the paint and a little fine Craquelure throughout, slightly rubbed in the top left corner, not signed but inscribed in line with the blowing upon the candle. Housed in a tatty gilt gesso frame, no labels verso.
