One of the small berry cluster motifs at the top is broken, Small chip to the largeset peridot and there are a couple of tiny nicks to the table facet to the peridot drop. Heavy tarnish to the front bottom left of the brooch, probable old repair/alteration en verso. Evidence of old repairs/alterations en verso also.
