Condition:
Oil on canvas which remains tight, overall the work is very dirty and would benefit from a good clean but no other faults noted, signed MacW lower right, a little fine craquelure showing particularly in the lower left corner where the paint is just starting to lift, housed in the original ornate gilt gesso frame which has now lost some of its moulding, title plaque to the front, further hand inscribed old paper label to the back, along with a repository label for Nielsen.
