Good clean condition with no faults noted, under glass in a later silvered wood frame, artist inscription on the back.
This is a very early work by Mockford depicting his wife and eldest son at bathtime. Provenance; owned by Rex Moreton, a friend of Mockford at art school, by descent to his daughter and then to the current owner.
